- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals reduce your time on the water
- Allow extra time for parking on weekends and holidays
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets ashore
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters and require a qualified captain or operator
- Expect an additional $100 per hour captain and fuel charge for groups of 7–13 when using a referred captain; it is paid directly to the captain on arrival and is not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a U.S. Coast Guard Master license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before start. No refunds within 10 days or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations. For 4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a bareboat charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book for 7+ but arrive with fewer people, you still pay the additional $100 per hour.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt (it can get chilly). If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). Water is provided, and you can bring your own food and drinks. A cooler or small refrigerator is available; bring your own ice.
Leave glass of any kind at home, along with red wine and overly messy foods. Pets and other animals aren’t allowed.
