For parties over 6 passengers, USCG regulations require a bareboat charter and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the charter fee—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. No glass, red wine, overly messy foods, or pets. Gratuity is not included.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 10 days before booking. No refund within 10 days or for no-shows. Full refund if Boat Tahoe cancels; weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday dates listed are non-refundable one month prior.
FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a bareboat charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book for 7+ but arrive with fewer people, you still pay the additional $100 per hour.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt (it can get chilly). If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). Water is provided, and you can bring your own food and drinks. A cooler or small refrigerator is available; bring your own ice.
Leave glass of any kind at home, along with red wine and overly messy foods. Pets and other animals aren’t allowed.
