Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your trip for a full refund. No refunds, reschedules, or cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows are charged full price. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you get a full refund or can reschedule.

Bring your own food and drinks (no glass containers recommended), plus towels, sunscreen, and any personal items you want onboard.
Remove your shoes before boarding (avoid high heels). Do not enter the cabin wet or with shoes on, and do not smoke inside the cabin. Follow the captain’s instructions at all times.
