- The lead booker must be 18 or older
- Maximum capacity is 13 guests; larger groups must book an additional boat
- A captain fee of $75 per hour is due before charter departure and is separate from the charter price
- Gratuity is not included; a 15% to 20% gratuity is recommended
- A credit card processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Bring identification for credit card payment verification upon arrival
- Unsafe weather may be moved to a future date; cloudy weather or light rain does not qualify as unsafe weather

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 30 or more days in advance. Cancellations within 30 days are charged the full charter price. To reschedule without penalty, notify at least 2 weeks in advance. A $100 rescheduling fee applies to Friday–Sunday dates if rescheduled 21 days before your reservation.
