- Complete the required liability waiver before booking
- Submit a credit card authorization form within 48 hours when paying by credit card or Apple Pay
- Get written approval before bringing decorations, outside vendors, entertainment, or security personnel
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; noncompliance may result in removal without refund
- Parents are responsible for their children, and guests are responsible for damage, lost, or stolen vessel items
- Illegal drugs or illegal prescription medications are prohibited and may end the charter without refund

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before the charter for a refund minus the $400 non-refundable deposit; less than 30 days forfeits all amounts paid. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. For mechanical cancellation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund if no similar vessel is available.
