Know before you go
- Arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure
- Meet at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132
- Complete the required waiver and release of liability agreement
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; failure to comply may result in removal without refund
- Complete a credit card authorization form within 48 hours when paying by credit card or Apple Pay
- Obtain written approval before bringing decorations, outside vendors, entertainment, or security personnel
- Parents are directly responsible for children
- Alcohol service may be restricted for guests suspected of intoxication
- Illegal drugs or illegal prescription medications are prohibited and may end the charter without refund
- The captain may cancel for unsafe weather; you may reschedule or receive a refund of monies paid

Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before departure for a refund minus the $400 non-refundable deposit. Cancel less than 30 days before departure and all payments are forfeited. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit. Mechanical cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded if no similar vessel is secured.

Swimming and water activities are limited to 25 passengers. The boat can accommodate up to 40 people when swimming is not included.
