Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you will reschedule or receive a refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner if rescheduling isn’t possible.

You charter the boat as a bareboat (demise) charter, so you (the Primary Charterer) select and engage a USCG-licensed captain and any crew separately. You can bring your own qualified captain (subject to vessel owner approval and insurance requirements) or choose from an informational roster of insurance-approved captains.
