- The captain may end the excursion without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior
- Do not park in the boat-trailer parking lot unless your vehicle has a trailer
- Routes and activities may change with tides, weather, or operational conditions
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before departure. No refund within 72 hours or for no-shows. Choose a full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes. You must sign a waiver before your charter can start.
Bring any food or beverages you want. You may bring your own drinks (including alcohol with valid identification). The captain may stop the charter for unruly behavior due to intoxication.
Bring sunscreen and any personal beach or water items you want, such as floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, and towels. The boat has a Bluetooth radio, and you can bring a speaker for the beach if you like.
