Important details
- Ages 5+ only; the hike is rated easy to intermediate.
- Minimum booking age: 18.
- Children ages 5–11 require an accompanying adult age 21 or older. Accompany anyone under 18 at all times.
- Custom tours require at least one adult age 21 or older.
- For the Canadian Traveler fare, bring proof of Canadian citizenship or residency to pickup.
- Bring any legally required child safety or booster seat; none are provided. Children under 12 must ride in the rear seat when possible.
- Follow your guide's instructions throughout the tour. Smoking is not allowed while underway.
Cancellation Policy
48+ hours before check-in: request a refund minus upfront costs. No refund within 48 hours, for late arrivals or no-shows. Groups of 10+: full refund with 2 weeks' notice; otherwise unsold spaces are charged. Private tours: full refund with 1 week's notice; otherwise full charge. Private bookings made within 1 week are final. Nonrefundable offers cannot be canceled.
