- Arrival at Flamenco Beach, Culebra: 9:30 am (weather permitting)

Cancellation Policy
Cancel free by 6 PM 2 days before the excursion for groups of 8 or fewer, or 1 week before for groups of 9 or more. Later cancellations, same-day reservations, and unused spaces are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. If severe weather cancels the tour, no charges are made.
