Cancellation Policy
For groups of 8 or fewer, cancel by 6:00 pm two days before the excursion for free. For groups of 9 or more, cancel by 6:00 pm one week before for free. Later cancellations, same-day reservations, unused spaces, and reductions in group size are nonrefundable; no rescheduling. If severe weather cancels the tour, no charges will be made.
