Know before you go
- Arrive by 8:30 am for a 9:00 am marina departure
- Sign a liability waiver before boarding
- Children under 13 must wear a provided life jacket while the vessel is moving
- Tell the captain before departure if you do not swim
- Notify the captain before departure of any medical conditions or medications

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations with written notice at least 7 days before departure. No-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather, mechanical issues, or maintenance problems. Rain alone does not qualify unless navigation is unsafe.
