Know before you go
- Arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and waiver signing
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation; both must match
- Expect an additional 11.5% tax, not included in the base rate
- Pregnant travelers and travelers with recent surgeries cannot participate
- Follow the captain’s instructions throughout the charter
- Expect an alternate visit to Icacos and Palomino Island if maritime conditions prevent travel to Culebra; the price will be adjusted and the difference refunded
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' cancellation notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the excursion price. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Bring a towel and sunscreen. You may also bring a waterproof camera, sandals, motion-sickness prevention, sunglasses, and a sun hat.
Follow the captain’s instructions. Smoking aboard is only permitted with the captain’s authorization, and service may be refused if you show signs of extreme intoxication.
