- Arrive at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal 10 minutes before the listed check-in time
- Ages 6+ only; participants ages 6–17 must have an adult participating on the tour

- Swimming ability and comfort in open water are required

Free cancellation or changes up to 48 hours before check-in. Groups of 10 or more require 2 weeks' notice for a full refund. No refunds for late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Full refund available if the tour is canceled due to weather.
