- Complete an electronic waiver for every participant; parents or guardians sign for minors
- Bring valid photo ID and the credit card used for the booking; both names must match the booking contact
- Bring towels and lotion sunscreen rather than spray sunscreen
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure to avoid full charges or penalties. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
