Know before you go
- Arrive 20 minutes early for check-in
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation; both must match
- Pregnant travelers and anyone with recent surgery cannot participate
- Follow the captain's instructions throughout the charter
- Smoking requires the captain's authorization
- Boarding may be refused for signs of extreme intoxication
- If conditions prevent sailing to Culebrita, the trip switches to Icacos and Palomino Island, with the price adjusted and the difference refunded
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start are charged 50% of the excursion price. No-shows are charged the total price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
