Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations may be rescheduled when possible. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Each group member can choose a local-style boxed lunch (bento) or a vegetarian meal box. Bento may include rice, chicken, teriyaki beef, spam, and hash patty. Vegetarian options vary, and meal boxes cannot be customized.
Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Bring a light sweater or jacket; a hat, sunglasses, sunblock, bug repellent, walking stick, and poncho are also useful. Do not bring drones to Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.
Luggage is permitted on custom tours. Small backpacks and bags that fit on your lap or under the seat are preferred.
