Important details
- Each participant must create at least one product; two people cannot share one. Observers are welcome, but seating is not guaranteed.
- Food and decorations are not allowed for this large-group experience.
- Arrive on time. After the 10-minute grace period, your reserved seat may be released and seating is available only as space allows.
- Candles need about 90 minutes to cure after pouring. Collect yours the same day if timing allows, or return during business hours within 30 days. Uncollected candles are repurposed after 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations at least 72 hours before your reservation can transfer to another available date. Within 72 hours, transfers may not be available. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit all deposits with no transfer. If the studio cancels or adjusts your reservation, deposits transfer to a future date of your choosing.
