Postpone at least 48 hours before your session; a 25% rebooking fee applies. With less than 48 hours' notice, no refunds or rebooking are available. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice counts as a no-show, with no refund or rebooking.

Bring your own sneakers; shoes are not included.
Wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on, as paint can stain fabric. Closed-toe shoes are recommended and may also get paint on them. Bring a hair tie if you have long hair.
Protective suits, goggles, and gloves are provided. Protective suits are paint-resistant, but heavy paint use may seep through the seams onto clothing underneath.
