- Check in at the Ambassador Stand between the Barn and Farmhouse with a printed ticket or screenshot ready for scanning
- Park in the Drying Shed Parking Lot; handicap parking and guest drop-off are available in the Horseshoe Driveway loop
- Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times
- Expect outdoor, uneven farm terrain; cutting lavender requires bending and walking
- Use scissors only as intended and follow cutting safety instructions
- Expect temporary pauses during lightning, hail, or unsafe field conditions
- Pets are not permitted; only trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are allowed
