Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in
- Complete the electronic waiver and rental agreement before arrival; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Some kayaking experience and attentive paddling are required
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times on the water
- Bring at least one cell phone per group while on the river
- Assist with carrying your kayak from the river take-out to the parking area
- Stop at the designated access point; a $50 per-person fee applies if you do not
- Return rentals within the average paddling time for the trip
- The shuttle is not wheelchair accessible
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. No refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 3 hours before departure.

This trip requires at least 4 total participants to operate. Solo paddlers and pairs can join once a departure meets the minimum.
Expect to get wet. Wear water shoes or old tennis shoes; do not wear flip-flops. Dress for the water and air temperatures, and consider bringing sunscreen, a sun hat, water, and a snack.
Use the restroom before arriving. Restroom facilities at the parks are not managed by the trip provider.
