- E-bike rider heights: standard model 5'3–6'4; short-rider model 5'0 and up
- Cruiser rider heights: standard model 4'11–6'4; Rainbow Row models 4'10–5'10
- Comfort hybrid rider heights: small 5'2–5'9; large 5'10–6'4
- Giant Contend 3 road bike rider heights: XS/small 5'2–5'7; medium 5'7–5'11; large 6'0–6'4; XL 6'2–6'6
- Cannondale Supersix Evo carbon road bike rider heights: 51 cm 5'5–5'9; 54 cm 5'7–5'11; 56 cm 5'10–6'1; 58 cm 6'0–6'4
- Children's bike ages: 20-inch bike 6–8 years; 24-inch bike 8–12 years; hybrid with tag-along 4–8 years
- The cruiser bike's child seat has a weight limit of 50 lbs
- Sign a waiver upon arrival. A parent must sign for anyone under 18. For 8:00 AM contactless pickup, complete all digital waivers the night before; bikes will not be left out if waivers are incomplete
- Mechanical support is not available outside the downtown peninsula
- Return your bike before closing on the same day
- 8:00 AM contactless pickup is entirely self-service. No staff assistance, bike fitting, seat adjustments, or riding instructions are available until the shop opens at 10:00 AM on weekdays or 11:00 AM on weekends
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with at least 48 hours' cancellation notice. No-shows are charged the full price. For parties of 10 or more, cancel at least one week in advance to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. Unused rentals can be used at a later date.

Yes. Free parking is available under both overpass bridges, with no payment or validation required. Do not park in reserved spaces next to or behind the building; you risk being towed.
Your bike will be secured for pickup. You'll receive the lock combination and any additional pickup instructions in a separate email before your rental.
