Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.
Important details
- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+
- Provide the alcohol and ice needed for the class
- Event-site permits and licenses are your responsibility; proof may be required before the class begins
- Locations more than 30 miles from Dallas city center may incur an additional fee not included in the listed price
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Additional guests, extra instructor time, late starts, and instructor parking over $15 may incur additional charges not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 30 days' notice; 50% refund with 11–29 days' notice; no refund with 10 days or less notice. Full refund within 24 hours of booking, except for bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 rescheduling fee applies to time changes within 7 days of the event.
