Know before you go
- Advance purchase is required
- A minimum of two people is required, and every guest must purchase an Explorer ticket
- Departure is at 3:15 p.m. sharp
- Sign the Setwake Savannah waiver before boarding
- A valid driver’s license is required to rent and operate a golf cart
- Return Setwake golf carts with a full tank; refuel at Freeport Marina General Store 30 minutes before departure to avoid a $60 fee
- A processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Trips operate only when conditions are considered safe, including no extremely high winds, steady rain, or lightning
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your experience. Cancellations within 7 days and unused rental time are non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to a friend at no additional cost. If Setwake cancels due to weather, they will try to reschedule; if that is not possible, there will be no charge.
