- Inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe behavior may result in a shortened cruise
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 9 days before departure. 50% refund from 9 days to 48 hours before departure. No refund within 48 hours. Full refund or rescheduling if the captain cancels due to unsafe or unfavorable conditions.

Yes. Everyone in your group must sign an Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before boarding. If you refuse to sign, you will not be allowed to board.
Be ready to board 10 minutes before departure. Plan extra time to find parking and use restrooms before you get to the dock.
Yes. Use the on-shore bathrooms before boarding when possible. There is also a marine toilet onboard if you need it during your sail.
