- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure; late arrivals do not extend rental time
- Drivers: Ages 21+ only; valid Alabama Boating Education and Operator Certification/License and government-issued photo ID required
- Mandatory insurance is collected at check-in at $55–$125 per driver per day and is not included in the listed price
- A 3% processing fee, fuel surcharge, and fuel used during your rental are not included in the listed price
- No towing, tubing, skiing, pets, open flames, grills, or cooking equipment
- Lower the bimini top before passing under bridges and remain aware of waterway clearances and obstacles
- Return multi-day rentals by 4 PM on the final day; late-return charges apply

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund or reschedule when you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental. Cancellations 48–24 hours before forfeit 20% of the rental fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows forfeit 100% of the rental fee.

If heavy rain lasts more than 45 minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, high-wind advisories, or other unsafe boating conditions occur on the water, rental fees may be refunded. Decisions are based on conditions at the time of your rental, not forecasts.
