- Arrive 10 minutes before departure
- Driver must be age 25 or older and show a driver's license ID
- Drivers born on or after July 1, 1996 require a boating safety certificate on board
- Use only select boat launches
- Multi-day rentals require a large enough dock or preferably a mooring anchor
- Fuel is not included; ethanol-free marine fuel is charged at $6 per gallon based on use
- A $500 card hold per boat applies for damage and fuel
- Your card remains on file and may be charged for damage, missing supplies, excessive cleaning, or fuel
- Return the boat free of trash with supplies, including the anchor, first aid kit, and life jackets, in place
- You are liable for all damage to the rental

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before your reserved date for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive no refund. No-shows are charged in full.
