- Pets are not permitted, and towing of any kind is prohibited
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on board

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited except in rain or high wind; overcast does not qualify. If you arrive more than 1 hour late, the boat may be released. Returning early does not reduce the reservation charge except in adverse weather.
