Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17+
- Bring beverages and snacks in a soft pack or small cooler; glass is not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- Do not bring bananas
- Alcohol is not allowed until reaching the first fishing spot; the captain may stop alcohol consumption or return to the dock
- Offshore weather and sea conditions may require a switch to an inshore charter for safety
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund; 8–13 days before, the $200 deposit is forfeited; 2–7 days before, 50% of the charter price is charged; less than 24 hours before or no-show, the full amount is charged. Last-minute bookings made within 72 hours forfeit the $200 deposit. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other conditions and rescheduling is not possible.
