Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes early for boarding and a required safety briefing
- At least one person in your party must be age 18 or older
- Six passengers maximum per boat; every person, including infants, counts as a passenger
- Sign a liability waiver before departure
- Pets are not permitted
- Alcohol is permitted only for ages 21+; glass, smoking or vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited
- Children under 13 must wear a properly fitted life jacket whenever the boat is moving
- Expect no restrooms, restaurants, shade, buildings, roads, or sidewalks on Deer Island
- Take all belongings and trash back with you
- Wait on the island if weather or sea conditions prevent a safe return at the planned pickup time
- Bring a fishing license for fishing on the island; fishing from the boat is not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before start are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for no-shows, unused time, late or missed departures, or early returns. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical, or personnel factors. Once the boat leaves the dock, early returns are not refunded.

Deer Island is ¼–½ mile south of East Biloxi and juts into Biloxi Bay southwest of Ocean Springs.
Conditions are assessed before departure. Once you leave the dock, there are no refunds if you return early. If the operator or your party cancels due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions before departure, a full refund or reschedule is available.
The operator runs by appointment. Walk-ups are accommodated only if staff are on-site and can coordinate. Reservations require payment in advance and seats are not confirmed until paid.
