A $400 security deposit is required at check-in (please bring a credit card), and an optional damage waiver is available. Drivers born after September 1, 1993 must hold a Texas Boater Education Card. Weight limit is 300–450 lb per watercraft.
Submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund. Requests made within 48 hours receive a credit voucher instead of a refund. One rebooking is allowed at no charge; additional rebookings incur a $10 fee per reservation. Cancellations less than 4 hours before the reserved time and no-shows receive no refund or credit.
