Build a 6-inch stained-glass panel with traditional lead came
4.5 hours
Tools, materials, finished panel
Build a 6-inch square stained-glass panel using the traditional lead came method. Work from a pre-cut design as you learn the essential steps of this compact, hands-on class.
Arrive at our studio and be amazed by all the beautiful glass creations on display.
Watch your instructor demo the entire lead came process – don’t be intimidated! It may look tricky at first, but we’ll guide you step by step.
Time to get hands-on! You’ll bend, cut, solder, and glaze your way to a stunning finished panel.
Wash up thoroughly using the heavy metal soap provided (you'll be working with lead, so it's a must!), and, yes, it might get messy! But you’ll walk away with a smile and your completed stained-glass panel, ready to impress!
Don’t forget to check out one of our other fantastic classes – there’s always something new to learn!
Receive a full refund when you cancel 7 days or more before class. Receive a 60% refund when you cancel more than 48 hours but less than 7 days before class. Yes. This is an introduction to the traditional lead came method, but it is considered the most challenging "fun" class offered.
Wear clothes you do not mind getting messy during the mudding or glazing step. Disposable aprons and gloves are provided.
Use the provided heavy metal soap during and after class. Avoid eating during class unless you have thoroughly scrubbed your hands with the soap.

Thank you Little Glass Art for perfectly restoring these figurines - one of which was in pieces when I brought it in. They are from the WWII generation and of great sentimental value. Mani and Jordan (owner), both artists, are very talented and business oriented. Prices clearly communicated and reasonable.
