Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 7 days or more before class. Receive a 60% refund for cancellations more than 48 hours but less than 7 days before class. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before class. No refund for custom colors if the glass has already been cut. Full refund if the operator cannot accommodate scheduled bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
