Important details
- Arrive at 8 AM for check-in and classroom instruction
- Ages 10+ only
- Requires comfortable, safe swimming in water too deep to stand
- Complete the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) eLearning before arrival
- Pass a medical questionnaire or bring a doctor’s release if your answers require clearance
- Not suitable for pregnant people, people with impaired mobility, or anyone uncomfortable in the water
- Instructor gratuity, food, and beverages are not included
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds are less a 3.5% administrative fee; cancellations within 48 hours also incur a $25 per-person fee. Late cancellations, no-shows, withdrawals, incomplete eLearning, or failure to meet swim or medical requirements are non-refundable.

Yes. After your Try Scuba pool experience, you can sign up for optional instructor-led open-water ocean dives within 14 days. These dives have an additional fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
You need a physician's release to participate. If required clearance cannot be provided on the day of the course, you will not receive a refund.
