Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals may reduce charter time without a refund
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Primary booking party must be age 21 or older
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- For parties of seven or eight, a designated renter age 21+ must complete a Bareboat Agreement with the captain at the dock
- Requires safe boarding and movement aboard in offshore conditions
- Water activities require comfort swimming
- Not recommended during pregnancy or with serious heart conditions, severe back or neck injuries, or mobility limitations
- Fuel is not included for parties over six and costs $35 per hour
- Expect itinerary changes based on weather and sea conditions
- Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not permitted onboard
- Preventative seasickness medication is strongly recommended if you are prone to seasickness
- Excessive intoxication may result in denied boarding or early termination without a refund

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 calendar days before departure for a full refund. Reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other operator-initiated circumstances.
FAQs
Complete the required forms prior to arrival. For groups up to 6 passengers, complete the insurance waiver. For groups with a 7th or 8th passenger, the primary renter (age 21+) and the captain complete a Bareboat Agreement together at the dock.
Plan for about 60–75 minutes of travel time each way in open water.
This is an offshore charter. If you are prone to seasickness, take preventative medication.
