Important details
- Reservations and boarding passes are required to board
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before departure
- No food or beverages are permitted on the bus
- Fold and carry strollers onto the bus
- Schedules may change due to weather, traffic delays, or unforeseen events
- ADA accommodations require a request at least 48 hours in advance through the front desk
- Electric scooter passengers must arrive 10 minutes before boarding and transfer to a bus seat
- Electric scooter passengers may need to climb 3–4 stairs to board and may not remain seated in the scooter while the bus is moving
- Electric scooters must not exceed 36 inches in height; remove canopies and other aftermarket accessories before boarding

FAQs
For the Animal Kingdom shuttle, returns depart hourly at 30 minutes past the hour. You may use any scheduled return; the last shuttle leaves about 90 minutes after park closing. Return service is not available for special events.
Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance and are available first come, first served.
The buses use GPS tracking devices and cameras that can capture images of passengers and drivers. Drivers cannot access image files.
