Know before you go
- Open Water Diver certification is required
- All divers must have dived within the past 24 months and bring proof of certification
- Add a dive guide if required by certification level or age, or for a first dive after certification or first ocean dive
- Check in at 11:45 AM for the 1 PM departure; arrivals after 12:05 PM are considered late
- Bring your certification card for check-in
- Arrange your own transportation to the boat marina, which is not at the check-in location
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian
- Guide and boat crew gratuity are not included; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds are less a 3.5% administrative fee; cancellations within 48 hours also incur a $25 per-person fee. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Full refund if unsafe sea conditions cancel the trip.
