Important details
- Arrive at 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips; arrivals after 7:20 AM or 12:05 PM are late
- Open Water or equivalent scuba certification and a logged dive within the past 24 months are required
- Bring your certification card or digital proof to check-in
- Ages 10+ only; divers under 18 require a certified parent or guardian
- Solo divers require a guide; guides may also be required based on certification level, age, or for first dives after certification or first ocean dives
- Requires climbing the boat ladder unassisted
- Complete a liability waiver and medical questionnaire before diving
- Pregnant divers cannot participate; not recommended for severe back or neck conditions, recent surgery, or heart problems
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds are less a 3.5% administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours incur an additional $25 per person fee. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows for dive charters are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe sea conditions.
