Things to know
Children ages 0–4 must be accompanied by a paying adult age 18 or older. Observers can join the tour but do not participate in the interaction. Cameras and cell phones are not permitted on the dock, lift, or floats.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for family illness, late arrival, last-minute cancellation, or rescheduling within 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or date changes are refunded only if the reserved time slot is filled. Payment is non-refundable.
