- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for the safety briefing, waiver signing, and life jacket fitting

- Bring a Boaters Certificate if you were born after January 1, 1988
- Sign a waiver and damage release at the dock before the tour
- Jet Ski capacity is 2–3 riders with a combined weight limit of 400 lbs
- Expect possible tour delays or time changes due to weather or tide conditions

Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Each Jet Ski holds 2–3 riders, with a 400 lb combined weight limit. Rider combinations may be 2 adults, 1 adult and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 small children.
