Cancel the original charter at least 5 days before departure for a full refund. Once rescheduled, payments are nonrefundable. No-shows and early finishes forfeit the full charter amount. If the operator cancels the original charter due to dangerous weather or unforeseen conditions, a full refund is available if the trip cannot be rescheduled.
