Important details
- Arrive approximately 15 minutes early
- Bring a bathing suit and towel
- Ages 10+ only
- English comprehension is required; participants who do not understand English need someone to translate
- Requires comfort swimming, snorkeling, and treading water 12–18 feet deep
- Participants ages 10–17 need a participating or observing parent or guardian age 18+ at the facility
- Pregnant participants cannot join in-water encounters
- Loose-fitting clothing and swimsuits, including long skirts, are not permitted in the water
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 or more days ahead for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days ahead receive a 50% refund; 24 hours or less is non-refundable. Processing fees and donations are non-refundable. Your first rebooking is free; additional rebookings are $25 each.
