Meet at the boat SQUID for check-in; there is no office check-in. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure because the boat leaves on time.
Gratuity is optional; a typical tip is 10–20% of the ticket price. Groups of 6+ have a 20% automatic gratuity added after the reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 6 days (144 hours) before departure. No cancellations or rescheduling within 6 days. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Private charters: full refund with 30 days’ notice.

Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a swimsuit, and a towel. From November through March, bring layered clothing because it can feel cooler on the water than on land. You can also bring extra snacks and drinks for your group.
