Things to know
All rentals must return by 6:00 PM; a late fee applies after that time. Waivers are required for every passenger, and the driver must be 21 + with valid ID.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancel at least 72 hours before reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive an 80% refund; within 24 hours receive a 50% refund or a gift certificate. Rebooking is free when availability permits. No-shows are charged in full.
