- The person chartering the boat must be at least 25 years old
- Complete a waiver before arrival for every participant; a parent or guardian must complete waivers for anyone under 18
- Expect a separate $200 Operator Fee, not included in the listed price; settle it directly with the captain/operator on arrival by cash or Venmo
- Children under 6 must wear a life vest at all times
- Use the waterslides only when the boat is anchored in at least chest-deep water
- Stay within St. Andrews Bay; pontoons cannot enter the Gulf of Mexico

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable, except for weather. If unfavorable weather prevents departure and you cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a refund. No refund applies after leaving the dock if it rains.
