Important details
- Maximum capacity: 500 lbs
- Every adult age 18+ must electronically sign the waiver before arrival
- At KP Hole Park, a $10 entry fee per person applies
- Damage to rental equipment is charged to the card on file for repair or replacement
- Use only Tupperware, Rubbermaid, or a thermos. Paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins, and paper towels are prohibited
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows; if equipment is still available for a later launch, a $15 relaunch fee applies
- Return on time: a $5 fee per piece of equipment applies for every 15 minutes past the return time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking for a refund or to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules outside that period are not refunded. If weather forces a reschedule, receive a credit to book another day as weather permits. Bad weather during your rental does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

FAQs
Optional guaranteed parking at Rainbow River Country Club costs $20 per vehicle and includes a shuttle to and from KP Hole Park. Parking at KP Hole Park is free but extremely limited during peak season.
Yes. Paddle upstream and return to KP Hole Park without shuttle fees, or paddle downstream to Blue Run Park or City Boat Ramp. A return shuttle from Blue Run Park costs $25 for a double kayak and is paid directly to KP Hole Park. City Boat Ramp pickup service is $10 per person.
Summer hours, April 1 through September 30, are 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Winter hours, October 1 through March 31, are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Later launch times may allow less than five hours on the water, but the 5-hour rental rate still applies.
