- All participants must be 18 or older
- Maximum rider weight is 285 lbs
- Requires the ability to ride a bicycle to safely operate an e-scooter
- Bring a valid state or government-issued photo ID
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in, fitting, and practice riding
- Complete a signed waiver before departure
- Wear closed-toe, flat shoes; helmets are provided and required
- Arrive sober; intoxicated riders may be turned away for safety
- Expect an outdoor experience with e-scooter riding, brief walking, and standing
- Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free requests cannot guarantee a nut-free environment or all modifications
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 96 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Bookings made within 96 hours are nonrefundable unless the operator cancels the tour.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and fitting. If you arrive within 5 minutes of the start time without a completed waiver, you may be moved to a different time or activity because tours must leave promptly.
Yes. All riders must have a signed waiver before the tour can depart. Completing it in advance is recommended; signing on site can take 10–15 minutes.
Closed-toe, flat shoes are required. Bring a valid photo ID and water (some is provided). A backpack is recommended instead of a purse; dress for the season (e.g., sunscreen/sunglasses in warm months, scarf/gloves and eye protection from wind in cool months).
