Important details
- Weight requirement: 75–250 lbs
- Under 18s require an accompanying adult who participates or stays at the observation deck throughout the activity. One non-participating supervising adult receives free Holler Hauler transport, but separate general admission is required for that adult.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and pants or shorts, and tie back long hair.
- Approach the farm only from I-64 or 14th Street West in Huntington. Do not follow GPS directions via German Ridge Road.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a possible refund minus a 10% booking fee; no refund with less notice. One date/time change is allowed with 48 hours' notice. Runs rain or shine. Severe-weather closures will be rescheduled. For weather, hazard, or other uncontrollable cancellations, the operator will try to rebook, provide a rescheduling voucher, or refund as appropriate.
