Important details
- No boating license is required, but every driver must be age 16 or older with a valid driver’s license
- Stay within 5 miles of the dock
- Return on time; a $200 late fee may apply for every 15 minutes past your return time
- Use plastic cups for drinks and do not bring bottled beer
- Keep all trash on board and do not dump anything into the sound

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours. Reschedule up to the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not available. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
