Know before you go
- Drivers must be at least 16 and have a valid driver’s license; no boating license is required
- Stay within 5 miles of the dock
- Return on time: late returns may incur a $200 fee for every 15 minutes
- Keep all trash on board and do not dump anything into the sound
- Unsafe-weather cancellations may be decided close to departure and can be rescheduled or refunded for the unused portion

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds for customer cancellations within 48 hours. Rescheduling or wind checks are available until the day before; no same-day rescheduling. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
