- Expect a $200 late fee for every 15 minutes the rental is returned late

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. No refunds are available within 48 hours. Rescheduling is available until the day before your activity; same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
