- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; arrivals over 30 minutes late count as no-shows
- To serve as the main renter, you must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and remain onboard
- If you're under 21, an adult age 21+ must accompany you
- If you're 13 or younger, wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket throughout the trip
- Alcoholic drinks must be 15% alcohol by volume or lower
- Complete the required liability waiver before departure
- You are responsible for full towing costs if negligence, misuse, mishandling, or grounding disables the boat
- Ice is available for an additional charge not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price; 15–20% is customary

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 5 days before departure. Requests made less than 5 days before departure are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No refunds or credits for no-shows. If unsafe weather or operating conditions cancel the rental, you'll receive a rain check to reschedule.
