Important details
- Weight limit: 235 lbs. Beginner lessons require a weight of 100–235 lbs. Kids lessons are for ages 13 and under or anyone under 100 lbs.
- Requires running a short distance on sand. Instructors assess suitability on site.
- Under 18s require a parent or guardian's signature on the waiver.
- Complete a waiver before participating.
- Arrive 30 minutes early to check in and complete waivers.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before start; no refund within 48 hours. Request rescheduling by the day before your activity. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted; if approved, a 50% activity-price fee may apply. Late arrivals and no-shows receive no refund or reschedule; approved reschedules may incur the same fee. Weather may cause cancellation or rescheduling.

Weather-related cancellations may not be decided until very close to your scheduled hang gliding lesson, because conditions can change quickly.
Wear light, breathable clothing that allows you to run. Mid-thigh shorts or longer are most comfortable with the harness leg loops. Wear sneakers with socks or sand socks to protect your feet from hot sand, and dress for the weather forecast.
Bring at least 1–2 liters of water per person, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hair tie for long hair. There is no shade on the dunes. Bring cash if you want drinks from the water or Gatorade vending machine; there are no ATMs in the park.
