Important details
- Complete a liability waiver for each rider before delivery
- Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Wear sneakers for e-biking
- Rad Wagon tandem drivers must be ages 21+; passengers must be ages 8+
- KHS Electric Bike riders must be ages 21+
- Delivery address changes require 24 hours' notice
- Delivery is scheduled at the Boundary Hotel
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before: $15 fee for half-day, $25 for full-day, or 10% for multi-day. Less than 24 hours before: 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
